With the help of Lululemon, we are hosting a Pop-Up Yoga event to help raise awareness for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation’s young women’s campaign “Don’t Forget to Check".

This incredible campaign is focused on helping young women aged 18-25, informing them of prevention methods, breast self checks, and includes fun ways to engage with others about breast health.

Breast Cancer is far too common and "Don't Forget to Check" is another step in fighting this terrible disease!

Come down March 25 to support the cause and have a little fun while you're at it!
